While artist such as Papoose, Mike Jones, Busta Ryhme, Chris Brown and radio personality Ed Lover were seen wearing the flamboyant and gaudy attire, bedazzled with swarvoski crystals, the designs easily became hood certified swiftly shifting into a fad and in the "what not to wear" category. While many designers decide at this point to shut it down, Gino Green Global easily layed low for a couple of months to go slow, rebuild and regroup to regain their strength! Now they're positioning themselves to bring a whole new look and new style. The new logo is just the beginning of the change... they have a plan to come back and reclaim their position.

She has been painting for over a year and a half under the guidance of her teacher Aguilar who told her that she had many stories to tell and they could be interpretated through painting..

"I met Reina on the set of E2k Magazine's cover photoshoot with Liza Rios the wife of the late Big Pun. During our meet and greet we discussed our role in attending the shoot, Reina not only is a photographer but an extraordinary painter, she has done sceneries, caricatures, and illustrations. Her medium is water color pencils, acrylics and now oil. Within a month She will be making sculptures. I was fascinating by the photos that she showed me, amazed of such beauty in art.. Each photo represented the Taino Spirit and captured the essence of the Boricua Taino, Spanish and Cherokee heritages.

The Times Square Virgin Megastore, which is the highest volume music store in the U.S., will shut down come April.

Last June, a Vornado executive told Reuters that the store would shut down in the first quarter of 2009. The decision to close the store appears related to real estate and the value connected to the location. That executive was quoted as saying that Virgin pays only $54 per square-foot when the market rent in the area is about $700 a square foot.

So, while the store, which does an estimated $55 million in annual volume, is profitable to the tune of $6 million, according to sources, the space would be even more profitable for its owner with a higher rent tenant. Vornado bought the 180,000 square foot retail component of the Bertelsmann building, which houses the Times Square store, in 2006, and will lease the space to Century 21, according to reports.
